b. Email ’sales@instinc.com’ within 3 days, providing order number, photographs of the damage, and a brief description.


3. Return the artwork in its original packaging for eligibility.


4. Once we receive and verify the damaged artwork, we'll initiate the refund using the original payment method.


5. We aim to process refunds within [10] business days.
